  [Under Construction]     We are a second-generation family owned fence business. We were established in 1978 in the beautiful, historic port city of Savannah in the great state of Georgia. Ram Fence Inc. was founded by Hugh Coulter and is currently owned and operated by his son, Bud. Both families are still active in the business.
